Stunning Stats on Infographics

I’m a word gal. Always will be. But there’s something so entertaining, appealing and fun about infographics.

Apparently, I’m not the only one who thinks so.

I caught this from one of my favorite PR blogs, Ragan’s PR Daily (a must-read, in my opinion), about the growth and influence of infographics in 2012.

SND RaganPR state-of-infographics

The stats are astounding. Infographics saw nearly a 100% rise in use between 2011 and 2012, and a whopping 12.7% of infographics were based on business information.

Oddly, one of the top most viewed, commented and liked infographics had to do with “How Much Can You Trust a Bearded Man?”

chris xmas 2012I think I’ll forward this to my oldest son for kicks.
